Documentary wedding photography in Surrey at a Scottish ceilidh

This was my first time as a documentary wedding photographer at a Scottish celeidh, and it was great fun to photograph!

I specialise in reportage wedding photography in Surrey, Sussex, London and throughout the UK. And so I wanted to allow all the guests to let their hair down and enjoy an evening of happiness and Scottish dancing, without being distracted and directed by me as the photographer!

The bride and groom wanted to host a ceilidh at Kingswood Golf Club, in Surrey, to celebrate their Scottish roots and allow their more local guests to enjoy the evening with them. I really enjoyed the opportunity to express the energy and happiness of this unique special occasion.
