Perhaps you’re planning a milestone birthday party, or a special event you’d like to photograph and remember for years to come?

That’s what I was asked to do in November, as a birthday party photographer in Guildford, Surrey at Guildford Cathedral’s Seasons Restaurant. It was a pleasure to take photographs, and record the guests and the live band having a brilliant evening!

If you’d like to enjoy your special occasion without being unduly distracted by the photography, then documentary event photography could be perfect for you. I don’t direct you or your guests, or take you away from the rest of the party in order to set up shots. Instead I like to capture natural expressions and authentic details as they really happen in real time, whilst you fully enjoy the event with the people who matter most.
