My Event Photography Pricing
I thought I’d write a very quick guide to my event photography prices, since this is one of the most common questions I’m asked.
In a nutshell, you can call the shots when it comes to cost. Just get in touch, tell me about your event, and I’ll give you a quote. My prices start from £300, for up to two hours photographic coverage of your event.
Simply add £100 per hour extra that you need me – so 3 hours coverage would be £400, 4 hours would be £500, and so on. Simple!
Optional extras – fast track images
For some of you, getting the most important images up on social media or press releases is more urgent. For £120 extra, I can provide a fast-tracked selection of up to 10 key images by the end of the evening (or within 24 hours, if the event is late), to allow you to upload these whilst the news is still fresh.
Travel expenses
Up to 50 miles return trip from my home is free. After that, I would charge 50p per extra mile to cover travel costs. The exception is central London, where I charge £25 extra for travel or congestion charge / parking expenses.
Documentary wedding photography
Due to the differences in preparation and service provided for weddings, prices for wedding photography are different from above. My wedding photography prices can be seen here.
